Beach Access to public
What are your thoughts and plans on beach front owners who do not own to the water’s edge however have posted signs that they do and will chase the public off the beach.

Tiny beaches are a treasure, and frankly, they are for Tiny residents first and foremost. We need to find ways to work together to protect our historical and traditional rights to these spaces while also respecting the rights of property owners. Ownership is easy to find and clear...its time to stop fighting and start talking. Let's have discusions with owners about an allowable right of way and enjoy the beach together. We need to aproach it differently and respectfully.
That Council receives the proposal to provide mapping for Public Beaches for general public access and post on the Township website. A motion was passed to develop a systematic plan, as presented, to start the process and to continue to provide details of municipal locations for public use; AND THAT staff be directed to consider a colour coding system for identification purposes. Not sure what happened with this as I have had no luck finding this map although Im sure it exists.
